Any relevant documents or information should be readily available during the consultation. Consultation Process: The consultation will be conducted via phone or video call, as preferred by the client. Our consultant will provide an overview of our services and address any immediate questions or concerns. If additional time or a more in-depth discussion is needed, a follow-up appointment can be scheduled. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours in advance through the online scheduling tool. Missed consultations or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may not be rescheduled.
